The opening/closing mechanism is fantastic. Well though out and very easy to use. It's a little on the heavy side but it is high quality. It's pretty comfortable, suited more for taller people.

La chaise est facile a déplier et a replier.
Elle est très robuste, même mon père de plus de 100kg l'utilise.
Facilement transportable.
Par contre il est écrit "sac de transport", je ne l'ai pas trouvé.
Le prix est un peu élevé mais il est justifié.

Don't mistake this portable chair for the small folding camp chairs we've all become familiar with over the past decade or so. It may look similar in the photos but it is actually much larger - on virtually every metric. Weighing in at a hefty 6lbs, this is not a backpacking chair. Short hikes...maybe. It is meant to use around the campfire, for car camping, sporting and live music events, etc. As I mentioned it is big, which means from the ground to the top of the headrest it measures 47 inches. The front of the chair is 17 inches and the seat is roughly 2 feet wide. It feels very sturdy, but keep in mind, if you are using this at live music events that very comfy and tall backrest could block the view for the person sitting behind you and get your otherwise fun day off to a rocky start! Then again, if you're the person that always deploys a huge umbrella and blocks my view anyway, this will be perfect for you. Just don't forget I know where you live. LOL.
The chair deploys quickly and semi-easily once you get the hang of it. It's a little more effort to fold up and put back in the included bag, but not much once you figure out how to unlock the fold down legs. It has a small and large pocket on the left side, one for holding a beverage and the other for electronics or whatever you feel the need to get out of your hands. The back is made of a nice mesh fabric that will be welcome on those hot days.
Because of the height of the backrest, this may not be my first choice for live music events, but for just about everything else, I wouldn't hesitate to grab this first. It is incredibly comfortable and because of the angle of the back, it naturally makes me want to put my feet up on something. As such, I'm now browsing various inflatable ottomans in order dial in just the right degree of nirvana on my next outing. Make no mistake, everyone will envy you and want to know where you got this.
At the time of this review, the price is listed at $209.00, but is on sale for $60 off, making the total $159.00, still a hefty price for an outdoor chair, but then again I paid more than that for the Nemo Stargazer, and $100 for an ultralight backpackers chair, so I don't feel that's out of line with a product this well made. And of course, put a price on your comfort during hours of sitting which I can promise this will deliver.
Given all those considerations, I really do like this chair and am super glad I got it. Definitely recommended. Rating 5 full stars.
